The 3rd Annual NePP Conference and Exhibition, 6th / 7th December 2006, London.
Sir David Varney, Senior Advisor to the Chancellor on Transformational Local Government, will be presenting an update on his review of public sector customer service on the 6th December in London. Sir David's Review is likely to feed into the Pre-Budget Report and CSR07, shaping the big picture for local government in the coming years.
